Job Description
- Manage procurement of fresh vegetables and fruits from local and overseas suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse team
- Ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Prepare procurement reports and cost analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in procurement (preferably food trading industry)
- Good knowledge of vegetable and fruits sourcing
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Class 5 driving licence preferred
- Able to manage a team
