About the Role
Job Description
- In charge of overall strategy and planning of our procurement process
- Monitor and control of purchasing and ordering of the provisions such as rice, spices, lentils, flour nuts, edible oil, canned foods from India and Southeast Asia Region.
- Co-ordinates and liaise with suppliers and wholesalers.
- Develop and maintain our stocks and inventory control in the computer system.
- Sales promotion and marketing.
- Expand local market and maintain existing customers.
- Supervise retail service staff.
