About the Role
Job Description Lead and mentor the procurement team, ensuring clear accountability, training, and performance improvement. Develop and implement standardized global procurement processes to enhance efficiency and transparency. Establish supplier evaluation and performance monitoring systems. Work closely with Technical, Fleet, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless procurement and payment cycles. Oversee procurement for vessels — spares, stores, provisions, lubricants, repairs, and services. Negotiate contracts and long-term agreements with vendors globally to achieve cost efficiency and quality assurance.
