About the Role
This role sits at the center of retail procurement operations. You're not just processing POs—you're making sure buying activity is clean, compliant, cost-controlled, and scalable across stores, warehouses, and vendors.
You'll own the procurement admin engine: systems, documentation, vendor coordination, controls, and reporting. The goal is simple—keep the supply chain moving without leaks, delays, or surprises.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations & Administration
Own end-to-end procurement administration for retail operations (stores, DCs, HO).
Manage purchase orders, contracts, vendor records, pricing files, and approvals.
Ensure PO accuracy, timely issuance, and proper alignment with demand plans and budgets.
Maintain clean procurement documentation and audit-ready records.
Vendor & Retail Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with merchandising, planning, operations, warehouse, and finance teams.
