Procurement Manager

Trinity Care Group, a leading provider of nursing home care with 12 facilities, is seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the business achieves value for money, cost savings, and operational efficiency in procurement practices. This role will be instrumental in transitioning supplier management to a centralised approach, negotiating competitive contracts, and implementing cost control measures while maintaining high-quality standards.

Relationship Management

• Transition supplier relationships from the Directors of Nursing (DONs) in each home to a centralised procurement function.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships to drive value through improved terms and enhanced performance management.
