Procurement Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities for our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely supply of quality materials to support smooth production and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:           

Develop and implement procurement strategies for cement, aggregates, admixtures, chemicals, spare parts, and plant equipment Manage and maintain approved vendor lists and evaluate supplier performance        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers for cost efficiency   Coordinate with batching plants, QC, store, and project teams for material requirements. Monitor procurement budgets, expenditures, and ensure cost optimization.
