About the Role

GENERAL PURPOSE
The Manager, Procurement Compliance and Policy, APAC is responsible for Procurement policy and procedures, governance, compliance and processes to improve Procurement effectiveness and efficiency, Procurement related trainings and talent development across APAC. The work scope includes APAC Corporate, APAC Field and APAC Global Products. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ensure the procurement function operates in an organized and efficient manner across APAC.
Develop, implement, and maintain procurement policies and procedures in alignment with global standards.
Strengthen internal controls and support governance, risk management, and audit readiness.
Ensure on-time responses to various audits from APAC Procurement function and be accountable to deliver “Adequate Control” result from Procurement function
Coordinate trade compliance activities to ensure adherence to international and regional regulations.
