:We are currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager for a VVIP mega-project in Riyadh, you will be a strategic leader responsible for developing, implementing, and governing the end-to-end procurement strategy for VVIP, complex, multi-billion-dollar design and construction packages. You will translate project delivery objectives into actionable sourcing strategies, ensuring optimal value, risk mitigation, and compliance across the entire supply chain.
This executive-level role demands a track record of successfully managing procurement for large-scale infrastructure, entertainment, or real estate programs in the Middle East, with a strong focus on strategic planning and governance.
Develop Mega-Project Procurement Strategy: Formulate and execute a cohesive, long-term procurement and contracting strategy that is fully integrated with the overall program master schedule, budget, and engineering/design requirements.
