Procurement Executive

The procurement Executive provides vital operational support in cost control, vendor management and inventory accuracy. This role is responsible for the daily execution of procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure a seamless supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Continually review and monitor cost expenditure for all projects/raw materials ensuring data input into the cost control system is accurate and timely
• Produce regular cost reports and immediately advise management of any forecast overruns to allow for timely corrective action
• Control procurement expenditure by verifying invoices and claims against Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Order (DO) to ensure all costs are properly recorded
• Provide planning support for variation reporting, milestone progress monitoring and customer billing processes
