Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors based on cost, quality, delivery, and performance.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQ to prepare material lists, schedules, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontract services to meet project timelines.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to support cost-effective purchasing and savings initiatives.
