PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the procurement function, from pricing / vendor sourcing and selection to negotiating competitively and monitoring performance of suppliers in meeting agreed terms, budgets and delivery.

Review quotations and to ensure the purchase requisition in accordance with company policies and standard of procedure.

To take corrective and preventive action on the delivery of defective and unacceptable goods.

Continually sourcing new materials in timely and cost effective manner.

Cross-department coordination.

Maintain procurement records and contracts.

Responsible for vendor management and vendor evaluation assessment.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-year(s) experience in procurement related field.
