Procurement Executive (Contract)

The Procurement Executive (Indirect Purchases) will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end procurement activities across office infrastructure, services, admin, IT assets, MRO, utilities, travel, and facility operations. The role ensures cost‑effective sourcing, vendor management, contract administration, and timely purchase execution while supporting smooth business operations and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

• Office Space, IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
• New/Renewal of AMC/RCs
• Factory set up experience
• PR to PO, SAP hands on exp
• Utilities Management
• Capex , MRO experience
• Event Management like Conferences, Meetings, Exhibitions
• Admin Policies & Process
• Security Management
• Facility Management
• Travel Management

Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or relevant field (MBA preferred).
