You will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, fixtures, and services, negotiating contracts with vendors, and ensuring that every element—from structural components to bespoke interior finishes—is delivered on time, on budget, and according to exact specifications.

1. Sourcing & Material Procurement
Strategic Sourcing: Identify and vet reliable vendors, contractors, and artisans capable of meeting high-end design and structural standards.
BOQ & Specifications: Review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and architectural specifications to ensure alignment with project budgets.
Quote Management: Request, analyze, and compare competitive proposals from multiple suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency without compromising design integrity.
