About the Role
- Clarify machined parts procurement and supplier development requirements, identify and evaluate potential machining suppliers, develop qualified suppliers according to the supplier development process, and ensure timely onboarding of suitable suppliers.
- Responsible for the sourcing, planning, and management of machining supplier resources, including CNC machining, fabrication, precision components, and metal parts, while maintaining strong daily supplier relationships.
- Manage supplier performance for machined parts, including quality, delivery lead time, cost competitiveness, technical capability, and continuous improvement activities.
- Handle RFQ, quotation comparison, cost analysis, and price negotiation for machined parts and related materials to optimize procurement cost and supplier resources.
