Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end RFQ process, including preparing, issuing, and tracking RFQs.
• Review and validate requestor requirements prior to RFQ issuance.
• Consolidate, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to support sourcing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Focus on the outcome of tasks, results oriented.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare cost analysis, supplier evaluations for review.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the RFQ cycle.
• Monitor RFQ cycle time, generate reports, and escalate delays when necessary.
