What are we looking for?
- 3+ years’ experience in Procurement, Customer Service, Administration, or Order Coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience using CRM and ticketing platforms such as HubSpot
- Strong systems and software navigation skills across multiple platforms
- Exposure to procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, and order processing workflows
- Ability to manage and update records, documentation, and databases accurately
- Strong understanding of administrative and customer support processes
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder coordination experience
- Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn internal systems and processes
