About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic reviews of maintenance grids and rate cards from dealers and workshops
- Negotiate labor rates, spare parts discounts, and maintenance package pricing with vendors
- Maintain and update databases of maintenance grids and pricing structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers and service providers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Procurement, Business, Automotive, or related discipline)
- Experience in Procurement, Automotive industry, or Vendor Management
- Familiar with dealers, workshops, or fleet service providers
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vehicle maintenance
- Experience in benchmarking and reviewing maintenance grids/rate cards is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboard)
