About the Role
The Procurement Assistant makes product inquiries to both foreign and local suppliers. They prepare purchase orders, monitor order status, and follow up on incoming orders. They process import shipment entries and search for new suppliers with the best after-sales support. They are responsible for purchases of internal IT requirements and consumables.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1–2 years experience
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Computer literate
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Driven, goal-oriented, and willing to work extended hours when necessary
