About the Role
Main Responsibilities
Purchasing
- Manage the company's supply chain, including trade products and non-trade transactions.
- Check completeness of Purchase Request Form (PRF) prepared by internal stakeholders
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost efficiency and compliance to project requirements.
- Prepares and issues Purchase Order.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
