Procurement Analyst

Main Responsibilities:
- Guaranty raw materials, supplies, services and packaging availability on time.
- Create and follow up Purchase Orders with suppliers.
- Requisitions follow up for all the organization.
- Ensure the quality specifications for all the materials.
- Manage and Control Invoices and Payments to suppliers.
- Create monthly reports (Open Orders, Expenses)
- Record and notify claims and incidents to suppliers.
- Search and develop new suppliers for packaging materials.
- Collaborate with internal and suppliers to develop better business relationships.
**Requirements**:
- BD: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- 1 year of proven working experience in procurement areas.
- Solid knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
