Procurement Analyst

Procurement Analyst Randstad's long term Victorian Government Client is looking for 2 Procurement Analysts for a short term contract role at a VPS4 level. The role will be for approximately 4/5 months.
The Role:

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure procurement frameworks, policies, and procedures align with VGPB and legislative requirements.
• Social Procurement: Actively assist in the implementation of the Social Procurement Strategy, engaging with key stakeholders like Kinaway and Supply Nation.
• Quality Assurance: Review and provide quality assurance for procurement documentation, managing timely progress through internal approval processes.
• Expert Advice: Offer knowledgeable guidance to internal stakeholders across the procurement lifecycle, particularly planning, evaluation, and contract award.
