ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Procurement is in charge of:
- Ensure procurement
- 0 Missing parts
- Control stock (no overstock)
- Maintain/follow good performance on suppliers.
- Good communication with suppliers (English Fluent)
- Strategic sourcing activities for interconnection suppliers.
- Quote and price negotiation for new product introductions.
- Keep the MRP system updated.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES:
The main tasks of the Procurement Agent are:
- Getting goods and services on time.
- Prepare book orders and send it to the suppliers
- Responsible to make Purchase orders and get the traceability of the material until receive it in warehouse.
