Procure to Pay (P2P) – NetSuite

The Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead is responsible for overseeing the procurement, accounts payable, and vendor payment workstreams across full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for non-profit and social impact organizations. This role collaborates closely with project managers, solution architects, and client finance and operations teams to design and implement efficient, compliant, and scalable purchasing and payment processes. Key areas of focus include vendor management, approval workflows, internal controls, and the proper management of donor- or grant-funded expenditures. The ideal candidate brings hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, a strong understanding of non-profit procurement and AP best practices, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fully remote consulting environment.
