Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications, Mechanical, Mechatronics/Electromechanical, or a related field
- Preferably with experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience in front-of-line processes, die attach, and wire bonding is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned directly in Cabuyao. Laguna
