About the Role

Qualifications

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in current supervisory role or assignment in the BPO setting is required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare/insurance process is preferred
  • Understanding of Healthcare insurance cycle and processes
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work effectively, independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Job Description

  • Direct guide and monitor training in allocated processes and ensure that training deliverables (monitoring, feedback, production, reporting) targets are met.
  • Routinely review, evaluate and update training procedures, programs and materials.
  • Assess trends, issues, and recommend long-term training plans.
  • Confer with Department Managers to determine training needs as to type, extent and scope, schedules and procedures.
