As a process technician, you will need to:
- Setup parameters for all the process and equipment such as paste printer, paste height checker, SMT placers, reflow oven & AOI.
- Resolve problems and follow the maintenance process for equipment, tools & fixtures as schedule.
- Support and resolve technical and engineering problems on production process.
- Follow up with improvement projects as assigned by engineer.
- Create eMOI for new product
- Training of operators
Qualifications
- University degree in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics
- Problem-solving skill
- Likes to work in a team
- Proficient with Autocad 2D, Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel
- Can read and understand technical documents/ drawings.
- At least 3 years of experience as process technician in Electronics/manufacturing environment.
