Process Technician

The Process Technician provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.Main duties and responsibilities for the position:- Be responsible for optimizing equipment and keeping it under control so that results are better than the set limits on individual indicators.
- To document the functionality of its trusted machines and to create a manual for identifying and eliminating process and equipment problems.
- Validate equipment and processes, including the validation of any type of spare parts or fittings that are replaced by the equipment.
- Perform periodic review of the suitability of technological equipment and processes and, if necessary, take action to restore or improve them.
- Participate in installation inspection and acceptance of new machines and gadgets.
