Process Technician 3

Job Responsibilities

Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D. Performs set up of processing equipment. Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators. Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products. Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.

Process Technician will actively support process development and other R&D work carried out by Lam Research team at TTC. The work will be performed in TTC cleanroom and will involve operation of various process and metrology tools used for device manufacturing which may include processes such as sample preparation, plasma etch, wet clean, associated metrology and inspection. 1.
