Process Staff Engineer for Bar Fab Process

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish process capability and develop capacity/productivity models.

• Implement appropriate actions to improve yields and ensure continuous process optimization.

• Conduct gage repeatability & reproducibility (GR&R) studies, correlation studies, and implement actions to improve these capabilities.

• Generate reaction plans for out-of-control (OOC) situations.

• Assist manufacturing personnel with operator training, qualification, and initiatives to improve operator utilization, productivity, and inventory reduction.

• Communicate effectively with peers and foster teamwork.

• Drive continual improvement and optimize use of resources.

• Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
