About the Opportunity

This is a hands‑on opportunity for a Process Engineer who thrives on solving real problems and seeing their ideas come to life on the production floor. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in strengthening safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while helping eliminate waste across manufacturing processes.

You will join a growing operations team within the manufacturing sector, working closely with supervisors, engineers, and hourly team members across Canada, with collaboration extending to a US‑based facility. Your work will directly support the launch of a new product line and help build internal capability, ensuring long‑term flexibility, reliability, and customer confidence.
