**Your role**
- Manage, coordinate, and implement all elements of the Symrise Process Safety Management (PSM) program in addition to any requirements specific to the location.
- Schedule, lead and document the PHA/HAZOP evaluations for new and existing processes.
- Perform Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) to determine if the risk of an incident scenario is low enough to meet company requirements.
