Job Overview

Main Objective: Ensure product quality through the implementation and maintenance of standardized quality tools, processes, and procedures within manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the technical analysis of claims, guide the team in the use of problem‑solving methodologies, and ensure timely documentation and response according to company standards.
• Lead, motivate, recognize, and ensure training and development of personnel within their area of responsibility, in compliance with RIT and CCT.
