About the Role
- Operate production equipment and machinery independently, including milling machines, blenders, grinders, PLC systems, dryers, pumps, forklifts, and related tools.
- Follow all safety and quality requirements, including proper use of PPE and protection of materials during processing.
- Carry out raw material compounding and finished goods packing in full compliance with GMP, SOPs, and established process control standards.
- Complete production batches according to the planned schedule and output targets.
- Immediately halt operations and escalate any abnormalities or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, environmental, ISO, and regulatory standards.
- Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the department.
