Process Mining Platform Engineer

As a process mining platform engineer you will be responsible for catering to devsecops requirements from sector teams on the platform. Resolving platform incidents and fulfilling the service requests. This role will also involve platform engineering activities on ETL, administration and enabling of new capabilities on the platform.

Experienced in data extraction, data modelling and dashboarding of process mining models on Celonis.,Experienced with agile development methodology ( Safe Agile), Coordinate with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and the requirements for process mining .,Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis,Understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements as part of a change control process,Responsible for the requirement understanding, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of new and existing process mining models
