Job Description:

• Leverage automation tools to help improve business processes and outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities, create business cases, and build transformation roadmap introducing digital enablers, including automation, to drive efficiency improvements and better customer experience.
• Develop business requirements for the implementation of technology solution for the client.
• Demonstrate an intellectual curiosity for working with digital design, prototyping and large-scale Intelligent automation transformations, pulling in relevant team members to address identified – and sometimes undiscovered – client needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA degree
• With more than 2 years of experience with understanding of process mining
• Hands-on experience of identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool, such as Celonis, Signavio, etc.
