Associate Process Manager / Process Manager
Position Overview
We require experienced APM/PM to lead marketplace operations and product data management for our eCommerce platforms with strong analytical capabilities and technical expertise in automation and process optimization to drive efficiency across different marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end product onboarding across multiple marketplaces including master data, pricing, and imagery
Monitor and analyze marketplace KPIs including sales, conversion rates, availability, pricing accuracy, and error resolution metrics
Support promotions, flash sales, and campaign execution, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional offers
