Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Overall, in-charge for ME Assy, Front of Line, and Middle of Line/OSA assembly which includes optical alignment processes and passive attach of optical components.
Responsible for making sure process yield target and UPH target are met and are in control.
Manages current product ramp up, making sure processes are ready, qualified, documented and in control.
Manages new product transfers from NPI to ME team, making sure process are ready, qualified, and documented.
Conducts DFM, FMEA.
Conducts in-depth failure analysis and works with internal and external support teams including RnD as needed for any process or quality issues related to function.
Continuous Process capability/CPK improvement projects.
Yield improvement/scrap reduction projects.
HPU/UPH improvement projects, Cost saving projects.
Manages the whole Assy, FOL, and MOL team and (technicians and engineers), and does other activities a...
