Process Manager

Job Description :

• Manage process method & tool for production; create SOP for all key processes
• Control all standard BOM accuracy, actual usage compliance
• Review & approve costing for C&S product
• Study key process to reduce steps to increase efficiency, improve BOM, reduce material usage & gain cost saving
• Support production for problem solving & continuous improvement in term of BOM/ actual usage & inefficient process
• Create, review, approve & maintain all BOM
• Solve issue & develop BOM option in MAPICS system
• Train best practice for production people
• Communicate with other facilities for process change/ improvement
• Process new projects in term of process that are assigned from Senior Engineering Manager & Board of Director
• Have continuous improvement
• Responsible for staff recruitment, training & development
