Process Maintenance Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance technicians, performs maintenance activities, schedules employees and coordinates activities to keep manufacturing plant running as scheduled. Oversees and assists in repairs of breakdowns, alignment, troubleshooting and operations of building and plant equipment. Handles preventative maintenance program.

• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, logic controllers, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment.

• Performs maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance, tag-out/lock-out, installations, conveyor system, pumping system, hydraulic system, compressed air system, cooling towers, and responding to emergencies.
