About the Role
Enhance quality and processes as a Process Leader reporting to the Plant Manager. Lead improvement projects while supporting key initiatives across departments.
As a Process Leader, you will oversee pivotal process improvement projects aimed at advancing operational efficiency. This role demands collaboration with specialists and facilitation of workshops using DMAIC. You will also manage the effective documentation of processes to ensure best practices are propagated throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage process improvement projects in alignment with strategy
• Support quality and process specialists in their objectives
• Conduct workshops utilizing DMAIC methodologies
• Identify and apply process improvement opportunities
• Coach operational teams during line start-ups
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering
• 5+ years of related professional experience
