Responsibilities Must Have• Graduate in any stream• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience in HR Operations (preferably Recruitment Admin)• Results and deadline driven• Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)• Good experience on ATS tool such as (Taleo, Bullhorn, Smart Recruiters) and job boards• Experience in Team handling• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)Good to have• Excellent customer management negotiation skills Educational Requirements Graduate
