Process Launch Management Engineer

Process Launch Management Engineer in the Operations team at the Electronic Systems Aguascalientes Plant, reporting directly to the PLM Manager. This position is based in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role manages new products' manufacturing simultaneous engineering, industrialization, and launch activities from concept to early life of production, ensuring best manufacturability and meeting cost, quality, and time‑to‑market targets.

• Plan project technical activities and staffing.
• Coordinate manufacturing team activities and resources involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, specifications, norms, procedures, and guidelines.
