Process Integration Senior Engineer

Job description:

• Process Integration representative for frontend LED manufacturing processes: defining and owning functional blocks of overall process, understand interactions, process windows/requirements and ensure that all unit process steps combined deliver a robust and high yielding product
• Introduction of new technologies/platforms into production, act as bridge between unit process development, chip development and the factory´s process engineering, owner of control plan
• Ensure robust process development, design for manufacturability, fit to factory capabilities / platforms, bring mass production experience into the development process, Early involvement from R&D start to define development needs/do&don't for manufacturing
• Clearly understand tool capabilities and influence tool roadmap as required for future technologies, achieve desired capex utilization and specified target cost goals. Make sure to identify and monitor critical paramet...
