Process Integration Engineer
Company : EM Microelectronic, a Swatch Group company and a leader in ultra‑low‑power semiconductor technology.
Overview : Responsible for owning one or more Technology Nodes – Product Yield Improvement and PCM Performance Improvement – and driving the qualification of processes for volume production.
Responsibilities
- Perform product yield analysis, correlating yield data with production data to identify and solve yield excursions and improve product yields.
- Analyze PCM data, correlating with production metrics to address parametric excursions, equipment mismatches, and enhance parametric stability through statistical capability analyses (PpK/CpK).
- Pass the final volume qualification for the assigned technology and variants.
- Own PCM limit files of the technology and its variants.
