As a Process Improvement Engineer, you'll own the CI strategy on site, drive measurable performance improvements, and embed lean culture across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the site's CI strategy.
Identify efficiency opportunities and deliver action plans.
Lead and mentor a small CI team.
Embed lean practices across departments, including at senior management level.
Deliver workshops (5S, SMED, JAT etc.) and track OEE progress.
Oversee performance monitoring tools and software.
Profile
Ideal Candidate
5+ years' CI experience in FMCG or fast paced manufacturing environment.
