Your Tasks：
• Production safety assurance. Based on inflator production safety regulations from ZF and local government, stimulate machine safety, environment safety, and human safety activities. Drive safety report, BBS, and other safety continuous improvements.
• Support to supervise shift/line leader and shift operator performance by ensuring hourly production goals are reached and production orders are fulfilled on time.
• Supervise processes, ensure good OEE, PPP level.
• Organize meeting to review production issues, make acting plans with efficiency solving method or tools.
