About the Role

What you will do

As a Process Expert, you will:

  • Drive operational performances, follow up trends and triggers in Daily Management System.

  • Identify losses priorities from operation KPI's and implement actions with relevant pillars.

  • Lead analysis on losses deviations, internal and external issues.

  • Perform process audit to monitor and secure specification with standard compliance.

  • Benchmark with other factories and implement improvement

  • Create and delivers work instructions, operation related training materials to operators.

  • Drive/Participate to internal/external trials, customer audit and ISO audit.

  • Apply all good manufacturing practices, safety regulations, hygiene rules and quality standards.

  • Be a member of pillar and actively WCM methodology towards zero losses.
