Process Excellence

Purpose of the position
• The incumbent is expected to ensure proper mechanism and dashboards are available for proper performance management of the plants. The performance of the plants is also monitored and opportunity for improvements and action plans are identified and tracked.
• The incumbent is also expected to explore greater opportunity for digitalisation in all business functions including the plant operations. The incumbent will also ensure that a system is in place to track the competency gaps within the organisation and plans and programs are in place to bridge those gaps and improve the competency development of the team.
