About the Role
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate (B.S. Engineering Course)
- With minimum of 2 years experience working as a Six Sigma and/or Lean Practitioner or a similar role
- Certifications such as CSS, Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of methodologies
- Experience working with tools like VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC/DMADV, 5S, Kaizen, 8D
- Excellent communication and presentation, change management, and project management skills
- Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
