About the Role
PROCESS EXCELLENCE ENGINEER
Job Qualifications:
College Graduate of any Engineering Course.
With minimum of 2 years experience working as a Six Sigma and/or Lean Practitioner or a similar role
Certifications such as CSS, Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred
Working knowledge of methodologies
Experience working with tools like VSM, Kaizen, DMAIC/DMADV, 5S, Kaizen, 8D
Excellent communication and presentation, change management, and project management skills
Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electrical Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Sta. Rosa, Laguna for Direct Hire.
